You just add the resources through the CSPOC menus like you did with the original resources.
Just be sure as you make changes that the verify and synchronize run clean.
VG's are easy. FS's are handle by the VG's in your resource group unless you've done some fancy custom RG. Except when you change FS's which must be done through CSPOC also. Applications are more involved since you have to write your start up & shutdown scripts then create your application server.
This is all documented so read through your documentation carefully.
