Hi - We have ILMT installed to monitor TM1 PVU but after a software scan, it appears as if it is installed twice an is now double counting PVUs.

The software tags sit in ... ibm\cognos\tm1_64\properties\version\ however ILMT is also reporting an install at ...\ibm\cognos\tm1_64 for some reason.

It shouldn't matter if there are multiple components of the same software, which are installed to the same product and they are installed on the same computer. Please double check on the PVU SubCapacity report if there are other servers contributing the the total PVU amount -- use this guide for reference:
