  • 1.  PVU sub capacity showing no data

    PVU sub capacity shows no data.

    when I check Reports->computers. it says last seen 4 minutes ago. Last scan import 4 months ago. When i check vm managers it says last import time 10 minutes ago.

    I checked the vmman scan file. it shows my vms in there with cpu count

    C:\Program Files (x86)\BigFix Enterprise\BES Client\LMT\VMMAN\####_#_vmman

    <guest_layer><uuid>42034b41-e3ac-cc54-1662-a744b7b5909e</uuid><vp_count>3</vp_count><state>default_not_initialized</state><virtual_technology>VSphere</virtual_technology></guest_layer>

    Some more information. If I run vmman.bat -retreivedebug data i get the following error in the Login.xml log

    I updated the VM Manger tools to 9.2.25. vmman.bat -retreivedebug is now error free, but PVU still says no data.

    If anyone has similar issue. updating to the latest LMT fixed the issue.
