I'd like to share a summary view with my collègues is it possible to save a kind of link and then send it to someone ?

This will avoid the person to replay the customizations I made in the summary view.

Hi,

You can save a default layout that is then available for all users to view. The capability is explained hereWhat's New in June 8, 2016 Release 

Dont forget that every time you make a change to the layout you will need to click save so that it applies to the default view you are trying to create. All users when logged in will see this default view as well as have the ability to create and save their own views.

In fact I would like to share my summary view and not customize the line item view. I know it is possible for the line item but when you are in Summary view ,where you have the dashboard synthesis, I did not find any possibility to save it...

The summary view saves by user. I am not aware of a capability to save the summary layout like you can the line items layout.
