If you do have a snapshot that still contains the service flow you can open that snapshot and then right-click copy to tip on that service flow.
In Process Center click on the process app and then on "Open in Designer" for the snapshot that contains the service flow. Then right-click copy to tip on that service flow.

Hello thank you for your response.
I think I've deleted a flow service I didn't create (maybe a default service).
is there a default service that BAW creates when the case is created that is mandatory?
If it's not possible to recover the service, I'd like to come back to another snapshot.
I want to know if it is possible to rollback in my previous version using my last snapshot.

Hi,
the error is caused by a service flow that no longer exists but is still referenced by other activities. The error message does not tell you the name, but only the id of the service flow. The name is not known as it does not exist. The id is stored in the activity that was using the service flow and thus can be used for the error message. This happens when you model an activity that uses a service flow and then delete or move the service flow.
Have you recently deleted or moved a service?
Regards

Hello community, I'm using BAW 21.0.3 and have this issue below when i try to open the coach view throught inbasket.
I need you support.
Service Flow is unreachable: [1.c45855e3-ac80-4c86-887f-fc592213c1b3:c45855e3-ac80-4c86-887f-fc592213c1b3]. Make sure it exists in the process application or toolkit. If it exists in another toolkit, ensure that the toolkit is included as a dependency.
In my process, I haven't created a service flow called "Service Flow".
