scripting log does not allow copying

    I use CPLEX Optimization Studio 12.2

    At a certain point (I do not know when) the text in the scripting log tab cannot be copied.
    If I use the mouse right button it does not appear the copy label.
    If I go in the edit menu the "copy" cannot be choosen.

    On the other side using ctrl-C it works......
