We are having an issue with a coach view that randomly fails with either of these Errors.
when the user clicks on the task in process portal. The user gets that message error and the task remains "failed" until we retry the failed step. After that, the user can enter the task and work normally.
Note that the second image, that mentions "Tipo de Tramite" is just the service that failed on this particular example, but happens with other services (all of them which are rest integrations to sql).
SystemOut and Error haven't been very useful. Any idea as to what might be causing this? this does not happen on other client side humans tasks that we have in the process

Hi Hernan,

There are too many reasons why you can get a status 0 (aborted) response, e.g., could be simple network connection drop, sometimes IE likes to just abort them, or might be a sign of an authentication issue (sometimes the failed auth redirects show up as an aborted request), etc.  So it is very hard to tell what is actually the cause of your errors just by looking at the browser response errors.

However, there is an APAR fix regarding how client side human service will handle this status 0 response which you might want to check it out:

Basically, the fix in the APAR will show a message and keep the task state the same without failing it (in case of status 0), so that user can still see the task from the portal and work on it again without any administrator involvement.

thanks kam for the reply. due to the inability to replicate the error in testing environments i attached an error event to the coach itself  (on the bpd  and hope that will prevent from blocking the task
