Hi,

Not sure what the correct name for this bar is, but it's the white one in the image below!

Does anyone know how I can stop reports appearing in this bar? We've found that some of our users can access reports which we don't want them to access,  because they appear on here!

I know I can set permissions for each individual report, but hoping that there's a way to disable anything from appearing there at all.

Hi Steven,

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is the Report Collection bar. I've been used to how report collections looked in R11 and it took quite some time to get used to it in R12. You should probably remove the report/hide it from the collection.

I don't believe the reports showing up are in any Collections - maybe that's the problem - will give it a go.
