A: If you do not use the scheduling features of OPL 3.7, yes. The release notes of the next OPL release will contain a migration guide explaining how to port OPL 3.7 applications. If your application uses the scheduling features of OPL 3.7, you will have to wait for a future release of OPL and CP Optimizer that supports scheduling.
