Hi Santosh - just curious: which capabilities of CP4I are you planning to run against Process Mining? (ACE, APIC, MQ...).
I guess the challenge you'll have is that of identifying the "right" data to feed into process mining and to be able to extract from the various sources (ACE logs, databases, queues, etc.).
I wrote a small tutorial - it addresses BPM (Business Automation Workflow). Arguably, it's much easier to get the input information from a BPM process than from a generic application, but maybe the blog can give you an idea of the information that you'll have to extract.
Here's the link: https://community.ibm.com/community/user/automation/blogs/michele-chilanti1/2021/08/31/process-mining-primer
Thanks.

Hi Santhosh,
Not too many resources yet (like videos etc), but just wanted to make sure you've seen the official docs:
https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/cloud-paks/1.0?topic=pm-installation-setup-guide-process-mining-openshift-container-platform
We also have a GitHub with samples: https://github.com/IBM/processmining
Here are some ideas for using process mining and CP4I:
- Use process mining's task mining capability to automatically capture and analyze worker activity to identify RPA candidate tasks.
- Store data gathered via AppConnect's integration with apps, APIs and cloud connectors in process mining. Process mining software can use this data to model otherwise invisible integration processes and recommend areas for automation.
- Enrich traditional integration identification by allowing individual workers to discover and simulate future integrations. This feature also helps prioritize future integration projects based on predicted business impact.
We have a process mining group that is just starting and will also show up in the Integration site (much like RPA). Join here until then: https://community.ibm.com/community/user/automation/communities/processmining
We'd also like to know what else would be helpful for you - install videos, different samples etc. Please let us know!
Thanks!

Hi Santosh,
I asked this in the process mining area as well - so stay tuned to see if we have any new resources.
Thanks!

Hi,
I am planning to implement process mining capability for cp4i, not able to find resources related to it. Is there any resource available for implementing Process Mining for CP4I components?
