    At the end of the installation process, A LaunchAnywhere Error box pops up that says "Windows error 193 occurred while loading the Java VM". I recently installed the latest Java update.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Could you do first the following tests ?
    • Could you check that the installer is not corrupted ? ie check that the download was successfull ?
    • Have you already some 64-bits programs installed on your VM ? A java program for instance , which version ?
    • Have you try to install the ILOG Cplex Optimization x86-32 version ?
