    I recently installed CPLEX 12 on my macbook operating on Mac OS X v10.6 Snow Leopard. I am using Matlab 2009a (32 bit architecture) and am trying to use CPLEX via it. Hence, I tried compiling the interface CPLEXINT to use CPLEX from Matlab. The command I am using in the Makefile is:

    Any help on what the problem is or the correct command to use would be greatly appreciated?

    You need to link the frameworks CoreFoundation and IOKit for the academic version of the product since the license enforcement tools depend on them. The relevant linker command line arguments are "-framework CoreFoundation -framework IOKit". Since I don't have a MacOS X machine with Matlab at hand I can't check whether mex accepts those parameters but you can give it a try.
