I appreciate if you can help me out. My assignment is due. I am going to make big trouble if I can not solve this problem by tomorrow. Help, Help, Help!!!

The code has no problem for sure. Because I have run the code in my old laptop with demo version cplex (90 days limited). After that I got licence from professor with academic research version. I am so excited and buy a new laptop for the new cplex. However, It looks I have to reinstall my system back to xp to make it works. Sometimes I do think MS is hijack people by preinstall all oem laptop with windows 7, no xp any more. But I can not finish my assignment by due date. It is compeltely shit! It is midnight already now. I am still strugle with shit.

help me out please! Thank you!
I need step by step instruction. Why not c-cpp.html did not provide instruction with windows 7? Why? Why? Why?

    • Change your project configuration to build a 64bit project.
    • Don't use the 64bit Windows libraries but the 32bit libraries (you may have to download them).

Thank you for your inputs. I totally agree with your points.
I am using a new laptop with intel 13 processor. Windows 7 with 64-bit operating system. I am new to visual studio 2008. How can I change project configuration to build a 64bit project??? If this is not very complicated, what can I do to change the configuration step by step??

    Thank you very much!

My assignment will be due tomorrow.

Maybe this can help you. It has these step-by-step instructions:
To configure your projects target on 64-bit platform, you can utilize the configuration manager on visual studio.
    Here are the steps:
    1. Go to Build menu
    2. Select Configuration Manager
    3. In the Active solution platform list, select the 64-bit platform for the solution to target.
    4. If you do not see the option, select New
    5. In the New Solution Platform dialog box, select the 64-bit platform for the solution to target.
    6. Now the build of the project will be optimized for 64-bit platforms.

I never tried that myself, though.
