Hello - I appreciate any help this distribution can offer. I downloaded an academic version of IBM CPLEX (V22.1.1 for Windows x86-64) through IBM SkillsBuild. While I can successfully install it on my desktop, I cannot install it on an AWS Windows x86-64 server instance. Instead, InstallAnywhere throws an error and shuts down. The attached pictures show the error screen and details:
.
I can install the latest CPLEX version (V22.1.2) for Windows x86-64 on the AWS server, but when I try to run it I get a message that CPLEX cannot find the license and the size of the problem exceeds the community version limits.
Both CPLEX and AWS are widely utilized, so I assume this issue may have been encountered before. Please share any insight on how I can resolve it. Is it possible that an academic license doesn't work on a server environment?
Thank you,
