Hello.
I purchased the premium pack for my Bob subscription.
So, I should have the Pro Plus Plan.
However, when I log in, Bob tells me that I only have the Pro Plan. In fact, I can't access the sources on IBM i.
Checking my IBM account, I see both items active: the Bob subscription and the Premium Pack.
I was also charged for the Premium Pack.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Is there a help desk I can contact for issues like this?

Probably you have to switch your "Team" in the Bob settings. A change of the subscription might result in a new "Team" and probably the Premium Package was also booked on the new "Team".

You also have to install the Code for IBM i extension to access sources stored in QSYS.

Actually, I had two teams. By swapping the team and making the second one active, my plan kicked into Plus mode, and Bob is able to access the sources on IBM i.
