    I don't recognize that code either.  Did you recently add something? When was the last time this system booted.  Can you boot to the open firmware prompt and do.  Can you boot to open firmware and to a debug boot?

    Thanks for the reply. We have resolved the issue. It is a strange one and certainly one I have not seen before. We have fibre attached DDN disk to the server and there was an issue with this disk subsystem presenting all of its disks.

    The power box would eventually get past this "22b8" code and boot. Even running a "cfgmgr" took an age until we fixed the issue with the DDN.
