I am using the OPL IDE and some constraint programming features to solve a combinatorial optimization problem related to my PhD thesis. I've signed up for the IBM Academic Initiative and downloaded and installed the OPL IDE. Isn't the unlimited license for OPL IDE free under the Academic Initiative for non-commercial academic research purposes? How do I download the license?
    Thanks and best regards

At this URL (support page of Academic initiative for ILOG) : https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/university/support/ilog.html
you will have a link to request a key. There is also a quick start guide that will indicate you how to install that key.

I'm having problems with the license key for CPLEX Studio Academic Research 12.2, Linux x86.
I have downloaded the access.ilm file from the provided link, and installed it based on the quick start guide, but I get the following error while trying to start cplex.

    >> CPLEX Error 32201: ILM Error 7: CPLEX: no access key found for this product.

It seems the license file is corrupted; unlike what was stated in other forum posts, that it should be a readable text file, it looks like a garbled binary.
As a matter of fact, when I run Linux file command on it, it says MS Windows shortcut.
I did find the following string in the license key, after all:

    >> C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\until-01-Oct-2012

Could anyone verify the license key is valid?
    Thanks in advance.
