Thanks for your response. The trouble with this situation is that we didn't have an error or diagnostic report for this process. The team running this could just see that the resulting data was incomplete and incorrect. But I will keep it in mind that we can put error information into the workspace to give additional context if the circumstances warrant. Thanks!

I recently received access to Bob. We have a process that is run every month going back I don't know how many decades. It failed this month and it seems like a great test of Bob's abilities to see if he can help us figure out what went wrong. The problem is, this process has many manual steps - Call this program from a command line, take this menu option, etc. Is it possible to give Bob a text document containing these instructions to help him understand the programs better?
