We have any option to subscribe the product with multiple application at the same time or we need to do it manually. Please let us know if we have any other option from the apic toolkit instead of doing from the manually.

A subscription is a link from a single application to a single product plan.

Theres no means to subscribe multiple applications at once - but if you're using the CLI then just script it to loop around calling the subscribe command with each application.

Not sure I understand the use case here - why are you doing this?
