Hi all,

Is there a way to get coins back when bob produces results that do not work at all, or gets stuck and cannot finish returning an answer? It's very frustrating to ask it to do something like create a simple maintenance program, and it starts looking at the source on YOUR system, gives an answer, and it has so many issues you spend the next hour watching bog say, working on it, I have it now, the answer is clear, etc. only to have it return unusable results.
