  • 1.  Multi-Year Trending of Benchmarks

    I'm new to Apptio IT Benchmarking. I was surprised there are no multi-year views in the tool. Am I missing something ?

    I assume there have been multiple years of data collected and would think it would be helpful to see long term trends.

    Hello Paul,

     

    We currently support month-over-month trend charts for a given year for IT Resource Sub-Towers unit cost metrics.

     

    You are right about the usefulness of multi-year long term trends. We currently have this feature scheduled in our product roadmap for Q2 2018.
