maybe your model is not feasible with 1 000 000 $ budget

Can you try to disactivate relaxation and conflicts ?

In general, the runtime depends a lot on the costs (Ci), so I do not understand, Why?. Please describe in detail the problem:

The model has the constraint: Ci  * Xi <= budget

+ If the model have Ci = $100, the  runtime  will spend about 30 minutes. Note: the runtime does not depend on the budget.

+ If the model has Ci = $100.000, $200.000,...it will not have results ( over 24 hours). (does not depend on the budget).

Please help me, because I want to setup Ci is big.
