i have a model for a Vehicle Allocation Problem which seems to work but the solution is not good at all.

Specifically the model is supposed to give me the number of loaded  and empty (if needed) vehicles considering the demand. In the case that the demand is less than the capacity (number of fleet ) then i will have idle vehicles in some locations. The model runs but doesn't give me real numbers and increase the number of vehicles which makes no sense (scripting log screen).

The model as it is written on the attached file come from a book so it is supposed to work as it is ( I mean without explicitly state capacity) and I have created the data.During the last week i  made many changes  on constraints and data but nothing seems to work properly so at this point any help will be more than appreciated. Thanks in advance
