I developed a Mixed ILP(MILP) model with OPL. So, when I published the MILP model, the reviewers said that the model seems correct, but the logical constraints that you have written are not clear.  

So, How can i improve the mathematical writing or the presentation of my logical constraints in the attached model. 

Remark: I copied the same writing with OPL.
