    Hi

    You seem to have a locale problem in your machine.

    Can you try to run in English ?

    In command line do

    oplide -nl en

    The coding error is described in English and no problem, but the running error is in this messy form as shown in the attached screenshot.

    The only workaround I see is to launch oplrun on the project...

    Hi Team,

    I faced the same problem, which shows the messy encoding in the error message.  Please change the administrative language settings and then select the language for non-Unicode programs to be English.  The messy encoding of the error message can be resolved.  May you try it?
