    Hi All

    I have a question about the Maximo mobile for MAS 8.6, after i installed MAS 8.6 with demo data, everything look good, but when I try to using Maximo Mobile to access, it login successfully but none of application can be access, it only show on screen but not in bright white like below and nothing happen after click the application icon, so is this any step require to enable for mobile?

    Can you click the cloud icon in the bottom right? While we're downloading the apps and supporting data we don't allow the user to utilize the applications. Your cloud icon is implying it's downloading something currently. It shouldn't take that long though. Getting the logs by clicking the help and support icon and then going to log data will allow you to send the logs (utilizing native apps on the device like email, slack, etc.) so you can review it easier on a larger screen device.

    There is an issue that has impacted others but I can't remember if the symptoms were the same. Check how your Manage server bundles are configured. Mobile is optional and it was setting the POD name to deploy it to as "default" whereas the pod name for the all bundle is mxpod by default. A good configuration would look something like this:
