    Hello Bhaskar,
    Can you give us some additional information?  Which specific course are you trying to take?   Is it a course from Apptio University? 

    Did you submit a request for credentials and receive them?  If so, are you getting an error when you login with those credentials? What is it?

    Please give us a bit more information and we'll do our best to help you. If this is related to something other than an ApptioU course then you would need to submit a support ticket.
