    Yes in the expenses tab. In the manage layout section you can only change from private to public or delete. I cannot see where to find the date the layout was created.

    Yes, I don't see dates.  Thanks for the insight.  We might want to start adding dates to the layout name.  I just tested creating a new one and it doesn't write to the event log.

    It would also be a help if we could see who changed a public custom layout on the event log.   We have some users who have admin privileges who save their layouts thinking they are personal and end up impacting public layouts- would like a way to pinpoint who is doing so.
