before doing Run>External Tools>Run As>1 oplrun can you double click on a run configuration in the project panel ?

I get this message after clicking on "1 oplrun" .

can it be related to something else?

FYI - the model runs fine when I use the regular run configuration from the project navigator screen... but I want to run it through external tools to see if I can reduce the running time.
