If any "Reference Data" needs to be updated for a given period, light up the "Update Reference Data" button on the appropriate page to indicate that updates need to be made.

Good Suggestion @Robert Winchester i have been under the same situation and it will be a good reminder to have a blinking signial that you have pending changes to do.

Another thing that i have been to is everytime that someones finish to update a budget the people tents to forget about to publish changes that can be a good enhacenment too. @Kelly De Bartok @Craig Morrill
