what we normally do for new ATUM Areas is to do the following:

Create an IT Resource Tower called "Industry Specific", and then create an IT Resource Sub-Tower called "Data Analytics". This will keep the taxonomy segregated and allow you to report on it successfully within the resource Tower reports.

What you need to remember though is that these costs will not be bench-marked.

If you want them part of benchmarking, then allocate to an existing Tower and Sub-Tower combination, and then create an IT Resource Tower Meta Name / IT Resource Tower Sub Element called "Data Analytics"
