  • 1.  IT Planning Query

    Posted 04/10/19 10:50 AM

    Hello.

I recently update my 2019 Budget into the IT Planning. Everythinhg was tiding up and I published into the Cost Transparency.
But, when I enter in the Cost Transparency, the amounts didn't come throw.

After doing a deep analyse I relaised that I have a problem in a Data Partition of my "ITPF Budget Transform".

My Budget for 2017 and 2018 is correct but not 2019.

    Somehow, it's saying he can't fing "P1 FY2018....".. However, I am in  FY2019.

    (See the Prints Bellow).

Can someone give me an advise on this?

    Kind Regards,

     Alexandre Cardoso

    Hi,

Is your plan you are pushing a multiyear plan? In addition, do you have P1 2019- P12 2019 existing in the data pushed to CT?

    Hi Lauren

Tks for the response (I work with Alex) firstly its not a multi year plan just for the period 2019, and the format in CT is as follows, so while we can see the Plan has come across from Planning to CT we dont see it reflected on the reports

    Tks

Out of interest, if you change your date partition from default to the amount option does it work? If that doesn't work I would remove the date partition step and add it back sometimes that forces it to recalculate as well.

If both the above do not work I suggest opening a support ticket! Please let us know what resolves it.
