Hi I've been impersonating users on IT Planning and we have not setup any security yet so everyone should have the rights to see everything, however we have some users that I can login and others we get this warning message, any ideas where to look please?

Hi @Darren Rice, it sounds like you may have configured your Cost Object Permissions reference data (https://tbmcouncil.jiveon.com/docs/DOC-10773) already? Are these users specified there?

Hi thanks for your help, if a user does not have Budget Owner permissions they only see open plans. Is there a way to set permissions without giving people this high level of access, so that they can see plans in a read-only format (finalised plans)?

It sounds like a combination of changes to refferenced data (cost object) and the hierarchy of these cost objects, interacting with your access rights set up. 

If you give access to the top of the hierarchy then the user will see all cost objects, and all open and finalized plans.
