When we add our Labor Rates reference data in IT Planning, everything imports just fine except for the "Base Rate".  Every value in Base Rate shows "#REF!".  But when we click on the cell, the actual rate appears.  Why is this?  Is there a way to fix this?  We've tried formatting several different ways in our CSV files to no avail.

Did you load the rates with the $ sign in the column? If so, you would need to remove it before uploading. Another thing is if you format the column as a number it should also work
