IT-Planning KPI Labor Headcount Internal/External

    Hello,

    is it possible to configure the Labor Headcount kpi in IT-Planning?

    We get the total Headcount, but we would like to present the kpi for internal employees and external employees.

    Hi,

     

    Currently there is no way to customize KPIs in ITP. Please submit an idea for employee type to be added as an option. With another thought though on the summary reporting screen when you are in the labor headcount tab you can pivot by internal and external so you can still see the breakdown and do your analysis. Here is a screenshot from my sandbox with sample data:
