    Has anyone else experienced problems with users' Compare Shortcuts in budget plans? As the administrator, the shortcuts I set up drive what everyone else sees. However, we are a small organization and I have ongoing work which happens in the plan - meaning I keep changing what I see, which in turn changes what everyone else sees. I haven't come up with a good work-around for this issue, so if anyone has bright ideas, please let me know - thanks.

    Not sure that I understand exactly ypur issue, but do you use the layout functionality and create several other public layout than the "default Layout" ?
    You can also ask your users to create their own private layout.

    We have the default layout and a "review layout" - but I do not believe the Compare Shortcuts are controlled by your layout choice. In my testing, I can switch between layouts without affecting the behavior of the comparison.

    What I have already remarked, is that your compare shortcut defined is not taking into account when you create a new plan. Is it not the root cause of your problem ?
