Hello there, kindly help. I have updated my reference data in IT Planning but the changes are not reflecting in the IT Planning dashboard.

Hi,

You need to always complete these 3 steps when updating reference data:

1. Upload data

2. Publish the data

3. Update the reference data in the specific plan you wish to see the changes in

I had already done step one and step two as you mentioned, but I cant seem to find stem 3. Find attached screenshot of my problem. I have changed the names under all departments under reference data and published the data but cannot find the option where i need to update the reference data under planning.

The update reference data button in a plan is in the top right hand corner of the screen and you have to be at all plan sections to see it:

Please note my sandbox is fake data.

Hi Lauren, i do not have the all plan section. Checked everywhere.See attached screenshot.

Then at the all departments level you should see it if you do not have projects enabled.
