My team & I here at ADP are looking for a colleague/team/company that we can model ourselves after to improve our quarterly forecasting process & to use the various tools available (IT Planning/CT) to streamline our efforts.

Right now all of our forecasting is done primarily in excel spreadsheets with multiple disparate data files which require lots of analysis before we upload any information into Apptio.

I'm tagging some folks I know who are Elite TBMAs and are using the Apptio budgeting and forecasting solutions.  I'm hoping they might be able to give you a little advice.
