Download Director option is selected by default.
HTTP option is more direct actually

Downloading with Chrome can also be done with IBM Download Director. The instructions to install it are described here : https://www-50.ibm.com/isc/esd/dswdown/dldirector/installation_en.html
You have to download the proposed file IBM_Install_DD.jnlp and then run javaws IBM_Install_DD.jnlp
in command line to install. Then back to Chrome browser, you will be able to download the CPLEX installers.

Dear everybody,
I installed CPLEX Optimization Studio via my academic license a few months ago with no issue.
Now, I want to update my current version on Windows to the latest version and also install it as well on my Linux terminal.
The problem is that now I cannot download anything at all from the academic portal: I can still login with my academic license on IBM, but, as soon as I try to click on the "Download" button, the browser fails (I tried both Edge, Chrome and also from my smartphone). Then, I tried also to install different softwares from the IBM library, but ANY of them just gives me the same error.
On Chrome, the error code is the following: STATUS_BREAKPOINT.
So, to me, it looks like some internal error from IBM. Could you please fix it?
PS I opened the ticket 9504829 to the IBM SkillsBuild Support Team but this was their answer:
