Any chance I can see that Python code? Looking to do some exporting of reports and header naming changes on the results.

Hi Anton, you can definitely pull the report APIs from Staging for use with Python. Would you mind messaging me your email address? Thank you!

Hi Jenny,
Thanks for checking our case and for the proposed solution! Unfortunately, I foresee some challenges with it due to our internal processes as normally those invoices are generated in Dev or Staging, and according to my knowledge they are not available in Apptio BI as of now and there are not expected to appear there. Either way I will discuss your proposal with the business ;)
What I was thinking additionally, is perhaps to use some third-party solution for that, e.g. some Python script or smth like that. By any chance there are any good examples of such a combo?
Many thanks for your help!
Best,
Anton

Hi Anton, received the following feedback: If you are using RLS (Row Level Security) then the subscription in Apptio BI might be the best idea. Alternatively, if you use Billing, the invoicing function there could work as well.
Thank you, @Tony Agent! π

Dear Community,
Have a small question if it is possible to automate one of our use-cases.
At the end of one of our forecasting activities we need to send out invoice attachments together with the invoices to the recipients. Therefore, two reports have been implemented in Cost Transparency with a filter to choose a recipient that should get the invoice.
Each individual invoice recipient needs to be filtered in each report. The values need to be refreshed und afterwards the download is triggered. This process needs to be repeated until both reports have been downloaded for all recipients.
As this is pretty time consuming it would be great if all PDFs could be extracted at a time and as well as the data loaded all at once as the filter take time to refresh.
Is there any good solution possible? Anything with Datalink perhaps? Would appreciate any ideas!
