Looking to get some best practice advice on WAN operations. We are looking to revamp our Internal WAN Services Financial model. We've thrown around the idea of charging per port and per employee but we are not exactly sure if this is best practice. For one, it might be too difficult to know how many ports are being actually used and as for per employee that would use these WAN Services, might not cover the expense to be cost neutral at the end of the year. The reason for this is we use different regions around the world and depending on the region, it can be extremely expensive or extremely cheap, however because of the nature of WAN we need to maintain this global presence (or at least that's how I understand it - I'm on the finance side ;) ) Looking to get some feedback from you all in regards to what you have done to price your internal WAN services or any suggestions of things that worked or did not work when reviewing your internal WAN services
