Hi

even without the ide You can open a Command Promptwindow or a UNIX command line and enter the oplrun command manually.

* IBM ILOG CPLEX 12.8 (32 bits)
* Office 2010 (32 bits)
* Microsoft .NET 4.7
* Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 (or 2017)
Windows 10 Pro

I used the same installers* (using the same flashdrive) on a pc running Windows 8.1 and everything worked.

CPLEX 12.8 does not support Win 32.

Can you try with a Win 64 machine or an older cplex version ?
