    I'm new in Mac. After downloading cplex 12.3 for Mac os , when I try to extract "cplex_studio123.acad.macos.bin" ;I could never do that. I have tried with the software "Stufflt Expander" Mac version to extract that too but I get receive error message "unable to determine the file format" .I've even tried extract that on Windows with software "MagicISO".,but it didn't work too.
    Actually I don't know how can i install that.

    Could you please check if the file available for download is correct ? If yes, what should I do to install it?

    Are you sure you have to extract that file? I think the only thing you have to do is to make the file executable:
    chmod u+x cplex_studio123.acad.macos.bin

    and then execute it:
    ./cplex_studio123.acad.macos.bin
