Justin are you talking FTA or infrastructure (I.E. MDM DM DDM DWC)? We use BigFix to deploy/upgrade/patch our IWS environment. Currently we only use it to deploy/upgrade FTA's, but use it to patch all IWS servers. IBM does provide deployment/upgrade content in the BigFix Labs Site (only 8.6 and 9.1 but you can modify for different version). We rolled our own due to some speicific requirements that we had for the FTA (dedicated FS, automatically determines parameters based on environment selected, integration with self service agent requests). We have found it invaluable when it comes to having to do mass changes. (We have over 6000 FTA's deployed). The nice thing about BigFix is it allowed us to blend in exsting scripts, processes etc into our content. So now when a new release comes out we can pretty much just update the deploy files do a little testing and are good to go.
