V3700 supports SNMP, but only for a limited functionality (just for reporting events outward).  The configuration information on this can be found here:

Please note - you have to have configured an SNMP server externally to receive notifications and then you need to configure the V3700 to speak to that SNMP server.

Additionally, we only support SNMP v2c  on this level of Software (because the V3700 is very old - it was released in 2012 and is end of support).  Please let us know if you have any other questions, or if you can provide additional details on what you have configured so we can work on why it isn't working now.

     我猜你的意思是要从外部执行snmp get操作来获取V3700上的信息？V3700不支持get操作。如果系统有事件，会自动发送给已经定义好的snmp server。

目前我的IBM v3700已经配置好了接受snmp server 的IP，但是我在这个服务器上测试SNMP总是失败的，测试命令为：snmppwalk -v2c -c public + serverip地址，

我理解这是要get信息。目前V3700上不支持。如果要测试snmp是否正常工作，可以产生一个事件，看snmp是否收到。

Even the FS5000 which is newer, only supports SNMP alerts. It does not support get nor walk

Please keep in mind, this is not a fault.
It is by design, not to support ingress SNMP commands as get or walk.
Considering CLI via SSH, RestAPI, CIM and GUI there are plenty of means to collect status and device information.
This applies to the entire FlashSystem family running Storage Virtualize (formerly known as Spectrum Virtualize), hence it is not pertaining to a certain model.
There are, however, a few requests asking for SNMP inbound support in the IBM System Storage Ideas Portal , feel free to vote for them.
All of these are in status Not under consideration though.
