    Although I was able to download the fixpack one month ago by following the instructions in http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=357454&tstart=0, now it first says "The Fix Central application is identifying the fixes you selected" and tells me to wait. But then it says there are no fixes available.
