Hi everyone,

i have a small question, is it possible to customize pages on the developer portal to add for example a button that will redirect to another page.
like this for example

Yes it's possible but why?
that page is only accessible to portal administrators who will not have permission to do any actions on consumer applications.
if you want to perform actions on applications in consumer orgs other than your own then you have to do it from apim ui (this even applies to the portal admin).
