You likely have an old template override in place in your OVA extra values file which has hardcoded the value.
Remove that and switch to a different profile.
n3xc4.m16 has caused notorious memory issues and has now been deprecated. As a minimum use n3xc4.m32 which not adds more memory but rebalances how much is distributed to which pod.

Hi Steve,
Thank you for your prompt response. For support lifecycle policy, I will check with sales representative.
Just one technical question, Based on the provided information from below link, we understand that using profile n3xc4.m16 allocates 3 GB of heap memory for storage on three nodes, while profile n3xc8.m64 allocates 27 GB. However, in our setup, we consistently observe 3 GB of heap memory being assigned regardless of the profile used. Could you advise on how APIC allocate memory for Analytics subsystem based on different profiles?
Currently we are using APIC v10.0.5.6 VMware deployment.

Hi Guo,
I'll preface my response that I'm a developer, not someone in sales that would be selling extended support, but the way I read the links you provided is that IBM will provide a minimum of 3 years of support for the current release. If you look at the last LTS 10.0.5 release, it's been 4 years since it was made available and as I noted, the EOS date is always provided a year in advance, so 10.0.5 will have almost 5 years of support before it goes EOS. I have no knowledge nor could I comment if I did on when the next LTS release will be made available, but in general with the 3+2 support noted that I'd think 10.0.8 would be supported in a similar fashion as 10.0.5 is being supported. I also cannot comment on extended support, but as noted in my previous post you'll be given a years notice to upgrade to 10.0.8Next whenever it is announced as well as the EOS for 10.0.8. I'd suggest you discuss with your sales representative to get additional clarification and confirmation if needed.
Best Regards,
Steve Linn

Hi Steve,
Actually it is a bit confused about API Connect support lifecycle policy when looking at below three links
1. https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/ibm-api-connect-support-lifecycle-policy

2. https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/718165

3. https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/718161

Which policy the IBM API Connect is following?

Hi Guo,
10.0.8 was just made available June 21, 2024. When an end of service date is announced for any product, it is typically announced one year in advance to give customers time to plan an upgrade. If you look in the life cycle document at the previous long term support release of 10.0.5, it was made available in October of 2022 and it's EOS was announced the same day that 10.0.8 was made available, and as noted, it's EOS is one year after that announcement, specifically June 30, 2025. You shouldn't expect to see an EOS on 10.0.8 until the next LTS release is made available.
Best Regards,
Steve Linn

Hi Chris,
Just would like seek your advise on what is IBM officially announced lifecycle policy for IBM API Connect v10.0.8? When the v10.0.8 will be end of life / end of support?
Based on below document, the End of Fix Support has not been announced for v10.0.8. Just want to check when IBM will announce the End of Fix support for v10.0.8?

Thank you.
