    Hi,

Within VIO Server I created LVs as backing device mapping to VIO Clients' rootvg disk, and it works fun. However VIO clients need more rootvg diskspaces, instead of deploying new VSCSI to VIO clients, I'd like to just extend the existing backing devices.

In VIO Server, I extend the backing lv, recreate the devicing connecting vhostX and backing device together, but it doesn't work.

    So, is that practicable?

    Thanks
