  • 1.  How to pause docplex subscription

    Several years ago we downloaded cplex community edition for evaluation. It worked great! So we subscribed to full version for our project and used it successfully for a couple of years. 

    At end of October we needed to redirect some resources so put the docplex project on hold and stopped paying the fees. However the invoices keep coming and we are getting threatening emails from IBM.

    1. Can the docplex subscription be 'put on hold'?
    2. If so, how?

    Hello,

    an answer from the marketing:

    • A subscription can't be put on hold
    • The subscription can be cancelled = it's an autorenewal so the client has to say to stop/cancel before the next anniversary of autorenewal
    • Hence to get a new subscription the client has to re-buy
    • To cancel they have to go to their myIBM and look for the cancel function
